We take every complaint seriously. You have the right to tell us when something has gone wrong, and we will listen, investigate, and respond. This page explains how to make a complaint and what to expect.
We will acknowledge your complaint within 3 working days and assign a named handler.
We investigate thoroughly and respond in full within 40 working days, in line with CQC Regulation 16.
If you remain dissatisfied, you can escalate to the PHSO and the CQC. We will support you to do so.
